We source our beans from reputable, ethical, and established green coffee suppliers. Listed below are two companies we have sourced beans from, and we will add more as we discover more.
traditional and airbed roast
We are proud to offer traditionally roasted coffee. This is the most common roast, in that the machine uses a rotating drum and a burner to heat the batch.
We also offer airbed roasted coffee. This is a far less common roast, in that the machine uses a heating element and forced air to heat the batch.
The reason we offer airbed coffee as an alternative is for a less-acidic finished product.
